FlexArmor in East Texas

FlexArmor is a revolutionary roof alternative for RV owners. It is an A and B chemical that has been specially formulated for application on RV roofs and is the only sprayed pure polyurea in the RV industry. The FlexArmor material is gray with a white topcoat, creating a clean, bright white, maintenance-free roof.

Sprayed On

FlexArmor is sprayed by trained technicians, using specialized industrial spray equipment. The A and B chemicals are heated to a specific temperature, which is maintained as it is applied using heated hoses, ensuring consistency and good adhesion

Applied Indoors

Repairing your roof indoors allows us to take the time to do the job right, regardless of the weather. We completely strip your roof of all existing caulk, remove components such as air conditioners and vents, and repair any underlying wood damage without worrying about changing weather.

Detailed Preparation

Most time in the FlexArmor process is spent on the prep. Your roof is taken down to the bare basics to ensure there is a clean and fully prepared surface for FlexArmor to stick to. Special steps are followed for each type of material found on an RV roof (plastic, steel, aluminum, wood, rubber, etc.). Any loose roofing membrane is removed, and any damaged wood repaired.

Completely Seamless

FlexArmor eliminates the most common causes of leaks, which often go undiscovered until it is too late. The main principle behind FlexArmor is if you remove the caulking joints found on an RV roof, you remove the potential for leaks. FlexArmor is a completely seamless RV roof.

Super Thick

FlexArmor roofs are 3 times thicker than other common options in the RV industry. This is enabled by FlexArmor’s 6 second gel time (dry to the touch), allowing it to be applied 187 mils (3/16”) thick. Compare that to typical RV roof materials (EPDM rubber, TPO and fiberglass) which are at most 30-60 mils thick. A thick roof also means a quieter roof that provides insulation in the cold.
